Yatala Base for Leda Nutrition

Dairy and gluten-free food producer Leda Nutrition has leased new premises in the Empire Industrial Estate in Yatala.

The company has leased a 5530sqm building at 16 Avantonbell Dve on a 10-year lease with a 10-year option.

The rental rate was not disclosed but market sources said it was about $100sq m net plus GST.

The building is situated on a 1ha block and includes a warehouse and two -level office as well as hardstand at the front
